These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website growingpies.ai and the services offered by Growing Pies LLC ("Growing Pies," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Growing Pies provides SEO, AI-search visibility, paid media, content, authority, and growth strategy services. Our services may include:

  • Growth Plans: Priority keyword mapping, competitor gaps, technical blockers, AI answer gaps, authority gaps, and a recommended first set of actions.
  • Execution engagements: Technical SEO, content, authority, paid media, analytics, and implementation support scoped on a per-client basis.
  • Ongoing consulting: Custom growth and SEO advisory engagements governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.

2. Engagements and Payment

Custom engagements are scoped in writing based on your goals, market, timeline, and the amount of technical, content, authority, paid, and measurement work required. If payment is collected online, it is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, prices are listed in US dollars and may change for future engagements.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are set by the scope of work. A focused Growth Plan, a technical implementation sprint, and an ongoing SEO or AI-search engagement require different levels of research, execution, review, and access. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your request and the timeliness of information you provide.

4. Refund Policy

Refund terms are specified in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement. For custom consulting and execution engagements, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started unless the written agreement states otherwise. If you have a concern about a deliverable, contact us at hello@growingpies.ai and we will review it directly.

5. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, website, and goals
  • Respond to information requests in a timely manner
  • Grant any necessary access to tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) when required for the engagement

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Growing Pies website -including text, graphics, logos, images, and software -is the property of Growing Pies LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables (audit reports, analysis documents, strategy plans) for your internal business purposes. You may share them within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our deliverables without written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any information, data, or content you provide to us. By sharing it, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services you purchased.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, audit results, or strategic information with third parties, except as necessary to deliver our services (as described in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic increases, or revenue results. SEO and digital marketing involve many variables outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Growing Pies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our analyses, or the suitability of our recommendations for your specific situation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growing Pies LLC, its officers, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. For ongoing consulting engagements, termination terms are specified in individual service agreements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
